‘Gathering of Giants’ is an informative edu-documentary about the Elephant population in the ancient Minneriya reservoir. The film was shot over two years by Chithral Jayathilake at the Minneriya National Park in Sri Lanka, and showcases the ever changing threats to the island’s natural resources, soecifically highlighting the tension between human and elephant populations.

This film was screened at the World Elephant day festival and celebration at the elephant conservation lodge in Minneriya.
